Hi, I'm Zaki Rimawi, an IT manager and infrastructure engineer based in Ramallah, Palestine, with more than 17 years of experience managing and transforming IT infrastructure. I started IT WebLog in 2008 to document the fixes I needed in my own work. It has grown into a library of practical guides for Windows, Windows Server, Exchange, Linux, networking and security.

Every guide comes from hands-on work: the commands, settings and error messages are ones I have run or hit on real systems.
