The Cisco linksys series modem removed reboot option from its web interface, but you can Reboot Linksys Router by add to the Management IP of the router todo=reboot as the following:

http://192.168.1.1/setup.cgi?todo=reboot

192.168.1.1 is the Management IP of linksys router.

The router goes as in the following pictures and Reboot Linksys Router :
